Founded in 2016, Jayeon Farm Agricultural Association uses only sesame and perilla seeds grown in the Yeongju, Punggi and Bonghwa areas of Gyeongbuk — pressed cold, without roasting, after washing and drying — under its 'Chamdeul-naeum' brand. The company manages everything from cultivation to production in-house, guided by CEO Lim Yang-won's philosophy of minimizing artificial processing to let nature's true flavor come through.
