Haneul Farm is a namul (Korean wild-greens) specialist spanning four generations and 100 years. Its CEO, Ko Hwa-sun, was designated Korea's Traditional Food Master No. 90 (dried-fernbrake/gosari category) — the country's first-ever master craftsperson recognized specifically for namul — after 23 years in the trade.
